These are heatsinks only. There is no GPU or Video card included!
There is NO video card present!
This does not include:
Backplate
Screws
Thermal paste
Thermal pads
You will only receive the heatsink and cooling fan.
These are new - old stock. These were removed from video cards that were upgraded to liquid/custom cooling - then placed on a shelf for a few years. There may be a bit of dust from storage, but they were never used.
It is advised that buyer replaces thermal paste.
It is advised that buyer replaces thermal pads (little blue/yellow green pads).
These may have some thermal paste and thermal pads, and some will come with none at all.
Please understand we do not guarantee if these come with thermal pads or not. Do your research on the thickness required for your video card and purchase the thermal pads and thermal paste separately.
Items Ship within 3 business days.
We are not always here on weekends. Weekends do not count towards the 3 business days. We are located in Murray, Utah in the United States. Our typical business hours are 10AM to 5PM, Monday-Friday.
Please allow up to 3 business days to ship.
If you order an item and request that the item be shipped ASAP, we will do our best to follow your request - but we can only promise to have the item shipped out within the shipping estimate when the order is made.

Ground and
USPS
Priority & First Class Mail. Since shipping is free to buyer, we use the least expensive shipping method.
RETURNS:
Buyer's Remorse Returns:
We offer returns on items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you purchase an item and it is as advertised, but you would like to return it - all we ask is that you pay for return shipping and we would happy to process your return.
Exporters:
We do not support export outside the United States. Please do not ask us to remove invoices to avoid customs taxes. If you purchased the item and have any issue - we must receive the item back in order for return or replacement. If you purchase the item and it has traveled outside the United States, your warranty is VOID. No exceptions.
We ensure the warranty of the item to address that we shipped to - and have packaged the item for delivery to a United States address. We absolutely do not support freight forwarders. If you purchase an item, and it is shipped to you via freight forwarder, we cannot refund the item until we receive the item back. We also cannot do a partial refund on an order that is exported out. If you export your purchase, it limits our ability to help if there are problems.
Drop Shippers:
We will only help you drop ship the item out IF you contact us before placing the order. We ship all orders using eBay tape - and ship all orders with invoice including pricing. Please message us in eBay - or - leave a message during checkout.
If an order is placed - then we are contacted after, it is likely our shipping department not see your request in time and it will be shipped out with invoice and with eBay tape.
