    Description

    Unusual Nautical Item-  Circa 1987 Lifeboat Hydrostatic Release device.  Designed to release a lifeboat container when a boat sinks to a depth of 0 to 4 meters.  Manufactured by Raftgo Hendry MFG Co.  Came across this on my travels, never seen another one.  Seems to be in working order but I am selling it as a non working collectible.  Made out of stainless steel.
