These maps are high resolution file digitized from the actual Sanborn map book and converted  to PDF format.  You are getting  16 maps.
Zooming in is really clear as you can see in the cut-outs.  The images are cut-outs from the full size sheet to shows how clear the image is when zoomed way in.  Seller has maps also for the year 1890  and will list it if requested.
