Here’s what you’re buying;
1) Turning Arrow. 100" Tall. 76" Wide.
DOT Font.
Either wipe off the wet over spray or...do like I do... and let the over spray dry
Then...bend the Low Density Polyethylene Plastic ( LDPE ) and the dried over spray peels off.
Next...it's 60 Mil thick material = 1/16".
All of my own, personal stencils, that are all hanging on my shop wall, are 1/8" thick LDPE.
But...for occasional use...this thinner; 1/16", material will serve you well.
