HISTORY
These rare miniatures were part of an extensive collection of Brilliant Period cut glass owned by a gentleman in Paradise, California. He collected ABP cut glass for many years, was well known as the President of a prestigious American Cut Glass Association, and was widely recognized as an authority in this field. Actually, in a way, you might say we saved them, because they came home with us shortly before the Paradise "Camp Fire" devastated most of that beautiful city. We are happy to say that the gentleman survived!
EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION
Each miniature has its own pattern, both measuring 4 1/2" by 2 3/4". There are no cracks, chips or other imperfections apparent to me. In my opinion, it is extremely unusual that any hand created piece of this age will be totally without flaw. Nevertheless, if they are not flawless, then both are very close. Bottom line, GET THE BEST, AND FORGET THE REST!
