    Description

    Late 19th century burgundy Royal Vienna porcelain urn / vase.  Hand painted classical / allegorical scenes,  from antiquity, Greek / Roman mythology. The handles are gilded. Signature  is J Weigl  Under base  states on scene is The Three Artists, other side Love  Pursues Nymphes, Marked with the Royal Vienna beehive /  shield.  There are some gold losses, a few jeweling in gold missing, minor abrasion on top of base, bolt needs tightening, lid has a repair to knob.  Four piece construction.
    Measures approximately 4 1/4 inches wide x 10 inches tall.
