    Description

    This whimsically decorated redware/slipware ceramic vase comes from the estate of a New England dealer who also often traded in Pennsylvania.  The very fine crackling in the glaze indicates it's antiquity, yet does not detract from the beauty of this charming piece. One inconspicuous chip at the base; otherwise in good condition; holds water. A good shape and size for floral bouquets. Measures 7" in height by 3 1/2" at the widest curve. A great addition for the collector or flower arranger.
